1. Eligibility for RefundA customer may request a refund in the following cases:
1.1. Manufacturing DefectIf the product has a confirmed defect related to stitching, leather quality, sole attachment, or any other production issue.
1.2. Incorrect Item ReceivedIf the customer receives an item, size, or color different from what was ordered.
1.3. Size Error Due to Our MistakeI
f the received size does not match the size indicated on the order or product label.
1.4. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)The customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund
before the product is shipped.
1.5. Delivery IssuesA refund may be issued in cases where:
- The order was lost in transit,
- The parcel cannot be delivered to the customer,
- Delivery was cancelled due to logistical reasons.
2. Non-Refundable CasesRefunds
cannot be issued in the following scenarios:
- Natural marks and minor variations in genuine leather (this is normal for high-quality calf leather).
- Wear or damage caused by improper use.
- Requests submitted after 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that show signs of use or wear.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized items.
3. Refund ProcessTo submit a refund request, the customer must:
- Contact us at info@malsetti.com or via WhatsApp.
- Provide the order number, photos of the product, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Allow up to 3 business days for review.
If the refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- The processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank (usually 3–10 working days).
4. ReturnsIn most refundable cases, the customer must return the product in its
original condition, including:
- Branded shoe box
- Dust bag
- Unused product with all labels intact
Return shipping instructions will be provided individually.
5. Exchange OptionIf the customer prefers an exchange instead of a refund, we will gladly offer:
- Size exchange
- Color exchange (if available)
- Product change within the same price range
